Here are the details:

The Good:

1991 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX AWD w/LSD
210k on odometer, engine rebuilt 10k miles ago (2nd after previous owner)
Fresh Paint Job with minor flaking on Front/Rear bumper
Zero in/out shaft play on 14B
18" Chrome Wheels (you can sell them, haha)
Tires have 90% tread

Mods or Installed/Waiting to be Installed:

Palm M100 (for datalogger)
DSM Service Manual CD (works wonders)
Driver Door Handle (Current one is not working from outside)
Valve Cover Gasket Set (Installed with new Valve Cover)
TopLine Revised Lifters (Installed, did not affect ticking noise)
Car Cover 1G DSM (Great cover)
OEM Oil Return Gasket (A just in case mod, not installed)
K&N Air Filter (Installed, genuine)
OEM Oil Filler Cap (New for the new Valve Cover)
Redline Shockproof (Not installed)
BG Synchroshift II (3 QT) (Not installed)
Transmission Bushing Bushing Kit (Installed)
Wrinkle Black Valve Cover (See pictures)
SW Boost Gauge (40psi) (Not installed, new in box)
SW Oil Pressure (100psi) (Not installed, new in box)
Dual Vent Gauge Pod (Not installed)
FP Race Manifold (Installed, looks great!)

The Bad:

Has some tick/phantom knock. I'm assuming its timing belt related. I have yet to pull off the lower cover but the camshafts seem to be off 1 tooth.
Car was set to Non-Op before I received it as I planned a full engine build (over time) and got a cheaper price because of that on the purchase..

Don't have time to really mess with the car lately.
