Im new to DSM's just sold my 00 civic si and im planning on getting a 1g awd/turbo dsm. I have heard that the 1g engines are much better but cant find some good info. Can somebody help me here? And I keep hearing differentiatoins between 6-bolt and 4-bolt(?) engines and I was wondering which years they come from.
I would like to get a cheaper car, but I am considering a 2g and Im not sure which to get

6 bolt engines are the preferred engine as oppossed to 7bolts. 4 bolt is a rear end and is the preferred one. i would suggest a 1g. if youre on a budget then a 2g should really be out of the question in my opinion. check these out
