Ok, well to start off. I have a 16g and a blue screen AVC-R (man that thing has options).

Ok now to the problem, well i decided to get a regular pod boost gauge along with the one that the AVCR comes with because I heard that although the AVCR has the real boost it misses the spikes. So the AVCR AND the new Autometer boost gauges both tap into the fuel pressure sol. line. I have the AVCR closer to the manifold and the autometer closer to the sol. Now which the two gauges show different readings about 1 psi off.

Which is correct? and as a fairly important side note my air/fuel gauge now shows leaner mixtures at WOT. I figure this is because the boost gauges are weakening the boost pressure to the manifold telling it to give less fuel?! just a shot in the dark. ANy ideas?

Thanks
Murray

If the gauge on the AVCR is digital, I say trust the mechanicl gauge. Digital gauges can be slow to respond, and, like you said, miss spikes.
