Allignment specs

I lowered a 1g awd 1.7 inches(Intrax). I installed the ingalls upper rear control arms and now I need allignment specs. I'd like to save my tires some, so what would a conservative stet of numbers look like?

ROAD RACE VR-4

TOE should be 0 all around.
Front camber around -1.5*
Rear camber around -.5*

Thanks. After I get it inspected, I'm going to find some springs that bring it back closer to stock ride height. Mike
