Over this winter i want to eliminate all silicone vacuum line from my car and replace them all with AN fittings/SS line. I know its way over kill but it looks awesome under the hood and is worry free for a long time. My question is, Is it alright for me to use AN-6 line and fittings since i already have almost everything i need or will the velocity of the air suffer too much that things will not operate properly? Things like the BOV, reacting to slowly or the wastegate line causing overboosting from the slower velocities of air to actuate them.

The ideal size would be AN-4 but i have a whole bunch of AN-6 stuff i i'd like to use.

Also anyone know what thread size/pitch is on an aeromotive AFPR for the vacuum nipple?
