i'm buying an act 2100 in the next week or so and i went to a couple sites and got prices. they varied from 360 (machv) :rolleyes: to 300 (diamond star specialities). anybody ever have bad interactions with any companies while buying and act 2100? or ever get a bettter deal?

yeah mach v is somewhat expensive. they have good service from the 1 time i ordered window trim from them (prob could have got it cheaper but it was only 50 so i just ordered it). check out www.roadraceengineering.com

btw, id get the 2600. pressure isnt that bad, and once the mod bug really bites you, the clutch will be ready for it.

FWD doesn't need the extra clamping force... just go w/ the 2100. Save a little $$$ & your left calf won't be too much larger than the right... unlike the 2600. Also won't cause as much stress on your clutch pedal assembly & hydraulics.
