Battery Drainage

Hello..new to site...I have a battery drainage problem...can anyone tell me if there is a common cause...or if not...how can I track it down?...I have tried the test light connected between the battery cable and battery. Then upluged one thing at a time untill the light went out or dim...but that didnt happen....can anyone help...also is the ISC and Purge Solenoid supposed to charge up when I place the battery cable on the post....sorry so long....tanks in advance....James...Sorry...I have a 92 laser twin cam
