boost gauge install
i just picked up a boost gauge and was hoping for a little clarification.
i've searched a little bit and also looked at the articles on vfaq.
ok, the gauge i got has 3 wires, orange-lighting, black-ground, ignition. the gauge is supposed to be only visible when the car is on, so the ignition light should go to the cigarette lighter? the ground should just go anywhere. and what i'm not sure about is the orange wire. can this be installed into the dimmer switch? will the dimmer switch still provide power if the interior lights are off?
