Boost gauge Noise? Leak?

Just installed a Autometer boost gauge. I get reading of about 20hg/and 10psi at full boost. Anything past 5psi I can hear the gauge or line in the pod start to hiss like a turbo? Is this normal or did the line crack when I though I hear a snap when I moved it? Rads really fast and good but is the 10psi accurate due to the small noise?

I would gues the noise is a boost leak. To be sure you can do a leak test, but thats probably what it is. Ditch the nylon tubing the guage comes with and put a regular vac line on it.
