I am trying to losen the bolt on the Oil Pump Sprocket, while doing the TB change. The guy cut the timing belt off so there is no tension on it. How can I make it stay still so I can losen the bolt??

If you still have your balance shafts, take the bolt on the back of the block off, and stick a long screwdriver in there. It'll hold the B shaft still, and that is connected to the oil pump gear.
