My 1997 GSX has been sitting for two years. I just replaced the battery. I know it was very low on gas so I added a bottle of dry gas and a little over 3 gallons of 93 octane. When I try to start the car it turns over but won't start.

Here is a video of me trying to start it.

Any thoughts? Thanks for any suggestions...

Easiest way I found is checking at rail for fuel, or at fuel filter. Easiest if you have 2 people for either test. One to crank car and one to look for fuel at rail or filter (last time I did the line check I used a pop bottle and cranked a few times to see if fuel coming from supply side.
And spark is the old pull a plug and ground it out on the block or something and see if it sparks while turning over
