Damn, thats pretty nice, I've never seen a turbo wing in CF before. It's 390 bucks, but understand that the factory turbo wing generally will cost you 100 bucks, and then you will likely have to paint it which is another 100 bucks alone. I'm sure some CF freak out there would be able to slap this on, along with a CF hatch and CF hood and it'd all blend in pretty nicely.

I know this thread is asking about the 2nd gen but you think it would look sweet if they made a 1st gen carbon fiber spoilers for the gsx?... or gay? never really thought about it until I saw this thread, oh and that CF 2gen wing looks nice man, first time seeing one

Hmmm, interesting idea. That looks like the 95-96 style though, or is it 97-99?

There was an RRE built GSX in SSC a few months back that had a Talon style paint scheme where the roof and pillars were painted black. This spoiler would look good on a car like that IMO.

It's supposed to be the Turbo Wing. Notice the single piece design.

Although expensive, for a new oem wing with paint it will run you more than that. For a used oem wing with new paint it would be about the same. If you already have a 97-99, then it's expensive but otherwise it's not really that bad. I'd stick with stock if it was me though.

But if you have a 97-99 it'd be a direct swap with no additional body work, and you could then sell off the factory wing. 250 bucks or so after selling off the old wing really isn't that much at all IMO for a wing. Most aftermarket wings are that if not more and they are far uglier.

I ran into a 3 piece Carbon Fiber turbo wing... I believe known as "Rdora" I was going to grab that one for my 2G untill you gave me that website... Its a good thing because I just orderd a carbon Creations front bumper, Vis trunk and tomarrow I was going to do the wing. Anyone know where I can grab OEM Carbon Fiber Side Skirts?

I WANT A 1G CARBON FIBER OEM WING!!! I wish they made sexy carbon fiber shit for my car...just hoods...they just make expensive hoods. The 2g wing is very nice.

Finally!!! The solution. I want my car to look basically stock but lose a bunch of pounds, however I Didnt want to lsoe the turbo wing with a vis hatch. This will go perfectly!!


Now if only I had the money...

I wouldn't imagine the wing will shead too many pounds. The hatch should though (with lexan).
