How much does a slave cylinder run? Just curious, where is the cheapest place to get one? Also, the same goes for the cheapest fuel filter. I cant seem to find them and I damn well dont want to go to the mitsu dealer to buy them as they rape me for prices. Thanks for any help you can give

Maybe you could try going to a Western Auto or Pep Boys. They carry a line of replacement fuel filters which is as good as the OEM stuff. Or maybe: http://www.partznet.com (you probably knew that one)...

I buoght a slave cylinder from autozone today for 21.00 aftr tax with a 3 month warranty. I realize the warranty isn't that long, but it was only 19.99 before tax.

I have been told to only get OEM fuel filters by just about everyone on DSMtalk, when I have previously asked what fuel filter to get. They say its not worth going with another type to save a few bucks.

What about slave cylinders? Mine isnt bad, but I wanted to remove my restricter, and install a SS clutch line over the winter break, so I figured I could just go ahead and replace it if it was cheap as preventive maintenance.
