I just finished replaceing my tranny, now the car vibrates a lot at idle but not when running. it has sat for a while but been started ever week or so. Now my CEL is on and i dont know why, any suggestions? i was thinking maybe it idles rough because of something to do with the balance shafts. And the car doesnt seem to have as much power on accelerating as it used to.

Have you tried pulling up the codes to see what the CEL is for? If you do that will probobly tell you what is wrong with it.

Im not a newbie or anything but ive never heard of pulling up the codes, how do you do that?

Do a search and you will find how to pull the codes, its not very hard. Try the VFAQ as well its on there somewhere.
