Check Engine Light Turned On

whats the most common reason a check engine light turns on...the car is driving perfectly..doesnt feel like anything is out of wack...so what are some suggestions as to what may have set it off?

The EGR clogging is common...

Could be a number of thing's, go and have the code read. Auto Zone will do it for free.

It could be 30 different things. My guess is rear O2 sensor CE is the most common after the cat is taken out of the system.

thats why mine always turns on. How do you fix that?
