I have not put up a post recently since taking my engine/trans out to do a rebuild, but I have a question about my wiring harness. My 92 Talon was sitting behind my house for a good 2 years until I was finally able to make some headway with working on it. Water did make it inside of the car and I had to tear out the carpet (no big deal) My main concern though is if the water may have damaged the wiring harness. How would I test it to see if it still in good shape? Should I hook up a battery just to run voltage through the wires and use a voltmeter to check? I am hoping I do not have to not only pull that sucker out if its bad but also even try to find another one that works

Well, I guess forget I even mentioned it. The water was only in there for a few days so I am sure it should be fine then. I was just hoping somebody would have some idea of what I could do BEFORE I get get too far into the project...
