chicago dsmers help please

i live in the chicago area and was wondering if anyone has the tool too tighten the tensioner pulley for the timing belt can't find it anywhere and don't want to wait 1 week too get it too use it one time . any help would be appericated thanks

Here is how to make it, it will take you about 10 mins. to make it.

thanks guys i just used a screw driver and prided on it untill it got the right tentsion
