I just recently got a coil on plug set up for my car but it has the intrepid coil packs installed on it. I have a set of concorde coil ignitions that have the aluminum shaft the the springs on the end instead of the entire thing being a spring that come with the intrepids.

People have said the concorde and 300m coil ignitions are better but is the only difference being the aluminum spring/shaft thats inside the coil boots? Im thinking about swapping to the concorde ones that i have so i just wanted to know if i should swap all 4 intrepid coils out and replace them with the concorde ones?

I've been running my Intrepid COP setup for over two years on the stock metal spring inserts with no problem. My understanding is the 300M and the Intrepid coils are the same with the exception of the mounting points.
