What does it mean to have a crushed BOV?
I always hear of it but dont know what it is...
Some one fill me in.

You physically compress the middle part of the BOV (or something like that) which will allow it to handle high boost pressure better. For people doing 20+psi I guess.

Like ndahbar said basically you put the BOV between a vice, and "crush it" causing the bov to be a little stiffer, and not open under high boost. Although to do it correctly you need some vaccum tools/ gauge to get it to open at the right mmhg.
