Where is a good place to tap for power for
the Cyberdyne A/F gauge?

If I grab the power from the cigarette lighter (as I do for my boost gauge light), would the Cyberdyne only come on when I turn on the lights? I would want it on whenever the engine is on regardless whether the lights are on or not.

Power comes to the cigarette lighter whenever the car is on. Not when the headlights are on. But tapping it from the cigarette lighter is going completely out of the way. There are plenty of sources by the fuse panel. Just test out the wiring. Turn the ignition on and test for power. When you find what you think is a good one, turn off the ignition and check if it goes out. If it does then just connect it there. If it stays on...find something else.
