Did my water pump go out?? What should I replace?

I think my water pump just went out its been leakin pretty bad from the weep hole. And last night it was really cold and I went to go drive it and it started to overheat. It also blew the dipstick out of the hole.? What should I replace while doing the water pump? I know t-belt for sure what else?

i would do the timing belt definately and the tensioner and to the balance shaft belt if not removed or say f the belt and get the balance shaft elimination kit for cheap
