no...but it is recomended you swap them all in. You might notice more vibration when you shift is all though, The prothane mounts are made of harder material than the stock mounts so having hard mounts all up front and a soft mount for your tranny might mean you will get more vibration in your system is all.

Hello i am just curious i have a 2g gst and i have the prothane mounts for the timing belt mount and the front and rear mounts. If i dont put in the tranny mount in prothane would that cause a problem?
