I checked the compression on my 92 Laser Turbo and every cylinder had 150 +or- 2 points except for number 3 had 120 the motor has 95 pistons and seems to run good except at steady speeds it misses slightly so thinking the worst started tearing the motor down and noticed the o-ring gasket on the fuel injector for #3 was torn would this cause enough of a leak for the compression to be that low???

Its a good possibility.
Not to be rude, but in the amount of time it took you to post this you could have put a good o-ring on it and checked compression again for that cylinder to get your true answer.

No. That can't cause a difference. The injectors aren't in the cylinders so therefore do not affect readings. You could remove the intake manifold completely and it wouldn't make a difference.
