Hey y’all I’ve just recently got a 1997 Mitsubishi eclipse GSX and whenever I at 3500 RPMs or sometime at 4,000 the turbo gets full boost and the rpm’s doesn’t want to get higher I’ve already tested the vacuum Solenoid I can hear the clicking which means it’s working I’m just getting frustrated and don’t know what to do next

I would do a boost leak test first. If you hear one. Fix and retest.
