I did a boost leak check a month ago and found that the head side injector O-rings were leaking. I purchased four new O-rings from mitsu. and installed them. I did another boost leak check tonight and I STILL have leaks at the injectors. If I press on the injectors the leak goes away. I think that there is too much play in the size of the O-ring compared to the tip of the injector (the bolts are torqued to spec.) Does anyone else have this problem, and how do I fix it? Last, do the denso style injectors that do not use head O-rings have this problem?

Are you using motor oil, or vasoline to lube the o-ring to seat it properly? If not, that is your problem.
