Hey everyone so I cant find a clean non rusty gsx shell and am giving up my search. I found a spyder shell for 500 and just purchased it's pretty clean the only problem is that I hate the convertible aspect. I have no idea what to do because both things are really hard either cutting and swapping out the frame into the gsx or moving everything into the spyder and then I dont know how but some how converting it to hard top, Help! Please

Your best bet is to transfer everything mechanical to the GST Spyder shell including a complete AWD swap, and scrap the rotted GSX. Destroying a clean shell to kinda sorta patch up a rot box is never a good idea. The GSX will forever be junk unless you plan to fully strip it down to nothing and put it on a rotisserie and spend months and years restoring it.

Just build a badass AWD Spyder and deal with the convertible. It's not the end of the world.
