hey guys. i have all the bolts off and am ready to fill the tranny. the only problem is i put the 1/2inch hose into the filler hole and it only goes in an inch no more!!!! i even put a zip tie in there and it only goes in an inch!!!! what is the deal. i put in a couple ounces thru the funnel/tube and it leaked out. help.

You'll need about 3-4 feet of rubber hose and jam one end of the hose into the tranny as much as possible. Feed the other end of the hose through to the front of the car by the radiator. Stand in front of the car while holding the hose as high as possible. It helps to use clear hose so you can see the level of the fluid as it drains out. Some fluid will leak out, but it shouldn't be too significant.
