Help Rough Idle on Laser Turbo

I called my former work whch was a dealership and told them i have a rough idle on my 92 laser turbo when you first start the car but it's fine when in drive, they told me it has soething to do with the throttle adjustment...can it's hard to set...any advice or tips about doing this? Thanks
