When it goes up, leave the car running and pop the hood and move the throttle back to the orignal position by hand, lube cable and make the cable have alittle more slack.
I had the same thing happen to me. Just loosen the cable a little bit. when you have throttle cables that have a little time on them then it starts to become an issue.
