Well, I am going to sell my stock cat. But I am having a hell of a time trying to unbolt it from the downpipe. I have tried the wd-40 + strong socket + hammer with no luck. Anybody have any tips on getting the stock bolts to come out?

Heat the hell out of them with an Oxy-Acetelyne (sp??) torch.

The only answer i have is torch the bolts out. Be carefull and try not to torch off the flange though.
