help with a problem

my friend came over to change his spark plugs on his 91 eclipse turbo fwd, he managed to get a normal socket lodged in the head/spark plug hole, how the hell can he get it out, its so close to the walls that you cant get anything between the walls and the socket, it wont just pull out either, any ideas as he needs to drive it to work tomorrow

try putting an extension on the socket and slowly turn it while gently pulling on the socket. didnt you newbs know you are supposed to use a sparkplug socket for a reason :p
tried what you posted with no luck though
