i was replacing the rear shocks on my tsi awd, and couldn't get the shock off. i unbolted the two upper mounting nuts and the lower mounting bolt. there are no other bolts or nuts i need to remove, just the actual shock. the lower circular part of the shock that is held on by the lower mounting bolt is seized onto the suspension arm. i've tried prying and hammering it out, but nothing works. any ideas? thanks

I had one that was a bit rusted on. Liberal use of PB Blaster and a two jaw puller cracked it loose.
