Hesitating

Ok, so this is the first problem I've had since I got the car in early August. When I'm driving, it hesitates to go faster, even if I'm only doing 15-20mph, it'll hesitate, then when you push on the gas, it'll do it more, but then go. If I'm sitting at a red light, it idles semi-rough, then smoothes out again and I'll have no problem for a while. However, lately, the hesitation when driving is getting worse. If anyone has had the problem and knows what it could be, that would be great. It'd probably cut down on the costs to fix it, if I knew what it was.

Thank you!

Maybe it just needs a tune up, plugs and wires.

Look at your o2 sensor. I had the same problem on my 91 Integra a few years back. I changed the Fuel Filter, distributor, plugs and wires thinking that was it but it turned out to be the o2 ( found out from a smog tech ).
I failed to notice what forum this was in so I must make a second post. It doesnt explain the rough idle but have you checked your transmission fluid level?
Thanks guys, I'm working on checking all that out, the damn cold weather makes it hard...lol. Having more problems added onto my list, which sucks, now the engine light came on and a headlight went out, found out the headlight wiring is all screwed up, so that just adds to things I gotta fix. Evidently the person before me didn't take very good of the car...gotta looooooooooove that.

Thanks for the help! Appriciate it a lot!!

I believe I had a similiar problem and it ended up being the fact that my timing was off, once it was corrected it didnt hesitate anymore.
Might want to chk TPS
also if your injector plugs are snuggly on. but 1st get new plugs and decent wires. check timing, boost leaks.
Just MAYBE your crank sensor. If you have never had it replaced its a good idea, if it is bad it will occasionally cut fuel which could cause hesitating. did the same thing on my old GS
