HKS VPC headaches

So i've been on a VPC for the past coupe of months..

i'm on a 650cc chip with 650cc injectors.. but i have to trim out ~35-40% of signal to get it to work right.

Yes, its that bad.

Well, I trimmed out the best I could but there is one problem I cannot resolve. Right at throttle tip-in it goes WAY lean before AFRs stablize out. Reponse is maxed out. Any other options to somehow spoof it?

I'm on emanage, VPC, and eprom ecu with chips i'm burning myself.
