Idling problem with 91 Laser

My aunt has a 91 Laser Turbo when you first start it up it runs fine but after it warms up idling speed fluctates between 1500 to 500RPM to the point that it almost dies. My aunt said its been like that since the ECU messed up, she had got it sent off 2 times to get it fixed. The reason it had got sent off was because it wouldn't stay started because of that idling problem, so not all of the problem was fixed. Anyone else had this problem?

In the top of this forum there is a thread pinned named Idle Surge Check List. Read it carefully and see if that would help.
