i have a 91 talon
i already have a k&n air filter, performance headers and cat-back exhaust.
what should i do next, are performance chips worth the money and if so does anybody know where i can get a fairly cheap one?
i dont really want to put NOS in my car (yet) so that is out of the question.
im just wondering what else could i do for a reasonable price without going turbo,
thanks

Upgrade the downpipe and get a test-pipe.
Cams and or cam gears.
Performance chips are a joke for our cars. Don't waste your money.
Head/port work.
Mill head/deck block.
Balance shaft removal.
Higher CR pistons, lighter reciprocal mass.

The list can go on. But as you see it can get expensive.

Make sure its tuned correctly.
Lean it out a little, make sure timing is set correctly (maybe a little advance). Good plugs (NGKs) good wires, ect.

ported throttle body too ;) .. if you have a big chunk of cash you can drop I would consider investing in a head package (like gude makes) because those are matched to eachother, the head, intake plenum, throttle body, and cams, and would yield a good gain as opposed to mixing and matching upgrades that dont co-operate with eachother.

NTs have downpipes. Since the header is a 2 piece design, the 2nd piece is called a downpipe.

But yea, I know. :)
