JDM Ecu

If I were to buy an ecu from a JDM motor that had the big 16g and yellow top injectors, what size are the injectors? I was wondering because my friend has 550cc injectors, and a 16g. I wanted to know if we could just switch the ecu and have it already programed for minimal tuning? PLEASE HELP! Thanks.

yellow is 510cc to 560cc on the evos
