Leak test question?

I did a leak test on my 97 Gsx yesterday and when I did I found that all the presure is just rushing out of the breather nipple coming out of the crankcase is that normal? I can still get it up to 15 psi but it drops instantly when I am not pumping air into it. any answears well be greatly apprecatied.

did you check your Positive Crank Pressure Valve (PCV)?
