Your log is a little funny...You logged some things you didn't need to
Log again and start it at 3k and go to around 6-6k...Only log timing, airflow, rpm and 02v which is optional, that's it...This way you will get more data
Also, I didn't see your airflow number go up...it stayed exactly at 0 for the whole time...
Either way, unless you have absolutely no fuel mods, raise the boost!! You have no reason to tune for such low boost, you won't be making that much power...If you really don't have fuel mods, then there is no reason for tuning anyway since you won't be able to add much fuel...
