LSD damage??

Will rolling in neutral for 5 sec or less or more damage my LSD. I have heard rumors it is bad to roll in neutral while car is running for AWD. Is this BS. Supporting facts would be appreciated. Thanks.

It is BS. if it was bad for 5 seconds it would be bad for 1/2 a second. I coast in neutral all the time. It wouldnt make any sense for it to cause problems, it is simple mechanics.
