motegi trak lite rims/14.5lbs for a 17x8

First I was wondering if these fit? I tried the wheel fitment sticky and it has been disabled.

17x8rim
5x4.5(114.3mm)bolt pattern
+45 offset
6.25 backspacing

Also, has anyone tried these rims? 14.5lbs for a 17x8 rim is really light, I want them for my next project car.
