so the turbo seal could've been toast. well my turbo had the turbine on the exhaust flange side busted off, which ground down my oxygen sensor. the other turbine had rubbed the housing. it doesn't look very nice. i replaced with a 16g. now i am wondering if the turbo went, could it have been caused by a cracked exhaust manifold? should i be able to just slap on the new turbo and be done with it? and also, does any one know what grade etc the bolts for the manifold to turbo bolts are, as well as the turbo to exhaust flange?

If you are replacing the studs might as well put a 2g manifold on from now. Being that you are doing the install. DO it once and get it done. The studs I have gotten from mitsubishi use stock bolts as far as i heard they are the ones to use.
