Need Some Help

I have a 1991 talon tsi awd. The wife ran it out of gas, I put more in it and changed the fuel filter, pull the pump screen looks clean, but it still won't start. Is there a fuse for fuel pump? what is fuel pump pressure to be? any ideas.

there is a fuel pump relay, thats notorious for problems.. it should have nothing to do with running out of gas.. listen for a clicking noise under your stereo
