Neon Turbos

The 2Gs with the 420a (Neon motor) are Non-Turbos.

I Knew that was true, but won't turbo kits for the eclipse with the 420a motor work on the neon too or no?

Theoretically yes but I'm sure that there might be some fabrication on the exhaust and maybe the intake (not 100% for sure tho). If you are going to buy a turbo kit for a 2G N/T why not buy one for neon so you are sure that everything will fit right? If you are piecing it together then I have no clue.

Buy an srt4

The 420 kit may work on your neon, but yeah, you may have to fabricate the manifold though.

hahn makes several turbo kits for the 420a neon engine. the 420a in the eclipses the intake and exhaust ports are flipped around (exhaust in the front and intake in the back) as opposed to your neon its the other way around. i have a friend with a neon that we bought the turbo off of an srt4 that were hoping to drop in if he gets off his lazy ass . he also has a custom turbo manifold and turbo he had before, aint the prettiest and the turbo needs a rebuild, (seals leak) if your interested i can ask how much he wants for it.

Where did you get an srt-4 turbo at?
