Need to know where to get RPM signal from... Supposed to use the ground off a distributer. buuuuuuuttt.. ya know.

You can use a test light to find out what wire had the signal for the RPM's thats what I did. Good luck

OTher places to tap it?

Id much rather tap a wire that is in the engine bay, then try to stuff another thing through my steering column boot.. Couldnt I use one of the coil wires?

White wire on ignition power transistor is RPM signal.

There is also a diagnosis rpm signal connector located on the top of the firewall just to the right of the battery. It branches off the wiring harness. I can't describe it more than that. I found it while reading my Haynes manual.

Even better!, I didnt really want to vampire into the PWR TR unit...
Ill bust out my haynes and read the electrical diagrams like I should have in the first place.... This weekend Ill get it tapped and see how fun a 50shot is with 15psi is. :)
