How the heck does an o2 dump housing work? Is it good for a 14b turbo to have it? Whats the deal with it?

Instead of the wastegate gases simply bypassing the turbine and returning into the exhaust after the turbine, it bypasses the turbine and is dumped right in ur engine bay. Its loud but is known to help with overall flow.

Basically if you have really bad boost leak, it will help eliminate this. I have it on my 14B setup in my 2g but I use to have the stock DP with a 3" cat-back.

If you need a further in depth explanation try:

An O2 dump will do nothing about boost leaks. Did you misword your reply?

An O2 dump is basically the least amount of restriction you can get to the wg passage. Helping with boost creep in some cases. Loud but free flowing.
