Question. I have a 1999 Eclipse 4g63 and the oil pressure gauge reads zero while running. I believe the gauge itself works because when I first start the car the gauge jumps all the way up and then slowly drops to zero. Oil light is also flickering. Do y’all think it is the oil pressure sensor or sending unit? I tested 12 volts to both of them so they should be getting power.

Sending unit. There's probably a way to test it with a multimeter. You could test continuity between the sending unit and the gauge to look for a shortt but that might be a major PITA
