Oregon paid mechanic helper??

Now I don't know what forum this would go in and I have seen this type thing so through before online but I need a helper in oregon that has a general knowledge of how to take off a 91 tsi cylinder head and put a new one on....not time it just mainly take the old one off. I will pay a good amount of money and pay for travel costs. I just need to do it in the next 4 weeks......

Definatly worth the post! Thanks mostly to alpinewhite, who is a awesome when mechanics and everything else, and the forums for your help!
