When you remove the silencer from a 1g turbo do you just remove the paper stuff or the whole silver round thingy

I removed the whole silver round thingy. I kind of had to bend it a bit to get it out easier but i will never use it again. Look for the 3" ABS intake thread. For about $20 it was one of the best mods i did for the price!!
