Alright I'm gonna change my valve cover, oil cap, spark plug gaskets. Should I just go to the dealer and get those gaskets. Also when putting the new ones on, do you have to add anything else or just put the new gasket on and bolt down. I have this silicone gasket stuff from work that lets you make your own gasket should i add some of this.

I bought my gasket from Autozone.

I just put it on and put it back together, no silicon or anything.

Yeah, its very easy. Just remember to use a torque wrench because the bolts can snap easily if over torqued.

no goo but yeah torquing them is always a good tip. clean everything well al well.
